My practice as a real estate lawyer in San Antonio encompasses all aspects of the acquisition, ownership, management, use and sale of real property (land and improvements thereon) in Texas. The services I offer as a San Antonio real estate attorney can generally be divided into two categories: Real Estate Transactions and Real Estate Litigation
REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS PRACTICE: My San Antonio real estate transaction practice involves the negotiation, drafting and review of Purchase and Sale Agreements, Earnest Money Contracts, Letters of Intent, Leases, Easements, Access Agreements, Licenses, Restrictive Covenants, Land Use Agreements, Contracts for Deed, Deeds of Trust, Promissory Notes, Releases, Liens, Owner Finance Agreements, General Warranty Deeds, Special Warranty Deeds, Affidavits of Heirship, and Water Well Sharing Agreements. We also review title documents and work with title companies to clear encumbrances that cloud title to real property.
REAL ESTATE LITIGATION PRACTICE: My San Antonio real estate litigation practice involves filing and defending claims and lawsuits arising from disputes over title to (ownership of), use of, and access to real property, including residential real estate, commercial real estate, farms and ranches. I represent buyers, sellers, investors and owners of houses, multi-unit residential properties, commercial properties, unimproved/raw land, and ranches in all manner of lawsuits. I also defend and sue real estate professionals (Brokers, Agents and Property Managers) in fee/commission disputes, lawsuits arising from alleged breach of fiduciary duty and/or professional negligence/malpractice and complaints to the Texas Real Estate Commission.
