The Wharton County Courthouse is located in Wharton, Texas.

It is built in the Second Empire architectural style.

The courthouse was restored and rededicated in 2007. The Texas Historic Commission characterizes the restoration project  in Wharton County as “one of the most dramatic restorations undertaken” in its courthouse preservation program.
