EVICTIONS & EVICTION APPEALS

EVICTION LAWYER IN SAN ANTONIO, TX – EXCLUSIVELY REPRESENTING LANDLORDS & PROPERTY MANAGERS

My commercial and residential evictions practice encompasses the entire process of removing problem tenants from rental property.  We handle the process of removing tenants from issuance and service of the required Notice to Vacate, filing the Eviction petition, attending Eviction trial in the Justice Court, issuance of the Writ of Possession, to drafting Appeal Bonds and Notices of Appeal.

I also routinely handle all aspects of eviction appeals in the County Court, including appeals perfected by tenants using a “Pauper’s Affidavit”(Affidavit of Inability to Pay Court Costs). I am intimately familiar with the “new” Eviction Rules, the requirements for depositing and withdrawing rent from the Court registry, and process for getting an eviction appeal to trial promptly.

My San Antonio Real Estate Law Firm also represents Substitute Trustee Sale purchasers in post-foreclosure evictions of former owners. We are particularly well-versed in invoking tenant-at-sufferance clauses in deeds of trust to support forcible detainer actions and defeat baseless “title disputes.” In addition, we defend Trustee Sale (foreclosure) purchasers in lawsuits alleging wrongful foreclosure.

**While we frequently represent tenants (“lessees”) and landlords (“lessors”) under Commercial Lease Agreements, we exclusively represent the Landlord/Owner (“lessor”) and/or Property Manager in residential  eviction proceedings.**

If you need legal assistance in an eviction situation, allow me to put my vast real estate law expertise and courtroom experience to work for you.
